Choripan, need i say more??? South America will always hold a special place in my stomach… especially because of choripan. Choripan, is made up of 1) Chori (Chorizo), 2) Pan (Bread), and 3) usually some kind of spicy mustardy aolie sauce among other accoutrements. I probably ate choripan 50 or more times in six weeks. It comes in an amazing array of fixtures and they were all awesome. Oh, and it’s cheap street food.
While in Iguazu, nobody was selling choripan, so i bough the ingredients and made if for myself and ten or so other travelers.
Below is the wood fired grill in Buenos Aires just off Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur.
