Choripan (non-vegan fare)
Choripan, need i say more??? South America will always hold a special place in my stomach… especially because of choripan. Choripan, is made up of 1) Chori (Chorizo), 2) Pan (Bread), and 3) usually some kind of spicy mustardy aolie sauce among other accoutrements. I probably ate choripan 50 or more times in six weeks….
